This backpack is too heavy to carry up a mountain. It contains clothes for summer, clothes for fall and clothes for winter. Four pairs of shoes (?), five books, a sleeping bag, sleeping pad, a bottle of whiskey, a bag of quinoa, a rain coat, a snow coat and a lot of art supplies. It contains three months of acquiring stuff from Southern thrift stores. My favorite part is the nice little mobile filing cabinet attached.
This backpack is really too heavy to carry from Oakland on BART, but sometimes you have no options.
Tomorrow I’ll lug it on the train and go home to Oregon, finally.
